Safety of Electrical System
l Ergonomic control panel, power indicator, electric shock protector, circuit breaker etc. features are completely equipped.
l The operator either on the platform or on the ground could press the emergency stop button to pause the platform unexpected movement if any electrical element is failure.
l Lifting limit is controlled by positive break limit switch

Safety of Hydraulic System
l Emergency lowering device enable you to lower the platform slowly to its ground position when power is unexpected fail.
l Hydraulic system is equipped with broken valve; it will activate automatically to stop the flowing of hydraulic fluid in case any hydraulic fitting or piping is broken so as to prevent the platform unexpected movement and ensure personnel safety on the platform.
l Piston stroke limit in cylinder acts as second lifting limit protection sequential to the electric limit switch.
Safety of Mechanism System
l CE certified stabilizers and electric safety switch elements form the interlock for platform ascending and descending.All mechanism strength for force borne structure are carefully calculated and strictly tested by experimentation, safety factor never less than the standard requirement.
l In stabilizers equipped Aerial Work Platform, patented double protection outriggers eliminate the clearance between the stabilizer and chassis so as to avoid the equipment fluctuating.
